What is One Harmony?
One Harmony is a membership program with no registration fee or annual fee that can be used at Okura Hotels & Resorts,
Nikko Hotels International, and Hotel JAL City.
In addition to earning points every time you stay at a hotel, One Harmony also offers a wide range of membership benefits.
We invite you to join One Harmony and make full use of it both in Japan and around the world.
Membership Benefits
Members can enjoy exclusive benefits across various occasions, including hotel stays, dining, anniversaries, and weddings.
Use Points
Your points can be used toward payment for stays and meals, or redeemed for various awards.
STATUS UP
The One Harmony program features four membership tiers.
Based on your annual points earned (from January to December) or the number of nights stayed, you will be invited to Loyal, Exclusive, or Exclusive Plus status.
Your status advances the more you stay with us.
Requirement: One Harmony registration
Requirement: At least 7,000 points or 10 nights.
Requirement: At least 20,000 points or 30 nights
Requirement: At least 40,000 points or 60 nights
- *Membership status is valid for one year (from April to March annually) .
- *If you meet the criteria during the qualification period (January to December), your status will be upgraded by the following day and will remain valid until the end of March the year after next.
- *You can also earn stay credits for bookings made through travel agencies. Please present your membership number at check-in.
- *One Harmony members may also choose to earn miles with partner airlines for their hotel stays. Premium status members will receive bonus miles.
STAY BENEFITS
Stay benefits apply only to bookings made directly through the Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center, the official websites of Okura Nikko Hotels, Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay, or One Harmony, or by contacting the hotel directly. However, flight and hotel packages (Dynamic Packages) are considered travel agency bookings and are not eligible for points or membership benefits.

- *1 Deluxe category rooms and Suite category rooms are available at 15% off the Best Available Rate.
- *2 Deluxe category rooms are available at 30% off, and Suite category rooms at 50% off the Best Available Rate. Blackout dates apply from December 22 to January 5.
This offer is available once per year, for up to three nights per room, within one month before or after your registered anniversary. - *3 Enjoy a free upgrade for one room category and go unlimited for Exclusive and Exclusive Plus members, and up to five nights for Loyal members.
- *4 Exclusive Plus members who earn 50,000 points or more between January-December will be rewarded with five special coupons which can be used to redeem complimentary stays at participating hotels.
- *5 Exclusive Plus members enjoy a complimentary breakfast for themselves and up to two guests sharing the same room (excluding children sharing a bed) .
If your stay already includes breakfast, we do not offer refunds or equivalent discounts. Blackout dates apply from December 31 to January 3. - *6 You can use this service free of charge from 13:30 on your checkout date until 23:59 the same day.
- *7 The member and one guest sharing the same room (excluding children sharing a bed) may use this service once per stay.
- * Benefits may not be available depending on room availability on the day of your stay or the specific details of your plan.

Premium Selection
Premium Selection is that provides members with even greater quality of services and hospitality at their favorite hotel. Each hotel offers a unique set of premium benefits which members can access simply by designating that hotel as their Premium Selection.

- *1 This offer is available once per year for lunch or dinner within one month before or after your registered anniversary (excluding cafe use).
Please make a reservation at least three days in advance and mention that you would like to use the anniversary benefit. Blackout dates apply from December 22nd to January 5th. - *2 Both members and their guests may use this benefit. Breakfast and certain items are excluded. This benefit cannot be combined with JAL coupon payments, JMB restaurant mile accumulation, or other discounts.
- *3 Both members and their guests may use this benefit for lunch or dinner (excluding takeout).
- *4 This benefit is limited to the member and may be used once within 30 days before or after your wedding anniversary.
- * Please present your membership number when using benefits.
How to register for or make changes to Premium Selection
＜If you are a One Harmony member＞
- You can register for or make changes to Premium Selection on the “My Account” page on the One Harmony website. Please sign in and select Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay from the list of hotels offering Premium Selection Benefits.
＜If you are not a One Harmony member＞
- Please register for Premium Selection at the same time as One Harmony membership.
Notes
- 1. Available Premium Selection Benefits vary by hotel. Furthermore, you will only be entitled to Premium Selection Benefits at your selected hotel.
- 2. You can only select one Premium Selection hotel at which to receive your Premium Selection Benefits.
- 3. You may only change your Premium Selection hotel once per year, from April of each year to March of the following year.
- 4. Registration is free

You will receive 12,000 points if you hold a wedding reception for 50 guests or more at Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay, or if you refer someone who does.

EARN POINTS
You can earn One Harmony points by staying at our hotel, dining at our restaurants, and by using other eligible services.
STAY
3 points for every ¥100

You will receive 12,000 points if you hold a wedding reception for 50 guests or more at Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay, or if you refer someone who does.

- * This benefit cannot be combined with other discounts or benefits.
- * Point calculation methods and totals may vary depending on your plan.

- * Cancellation fees are not eligible for point accumulation.
EXPIRATION POLICY
Each time you earn or redeem points, the expiration date for all your accumulated points will be extended to two years from the date of the last activity.
USE POINTS
PAY BY POINTS
Your points can be used at a rate of 1 point =¥1 for payments at hotel stays and restaurants.
・Points can be used starting from ¥500 (500 points).
・You may use points in one-point increments.
STAY AWARD
You can redeem your One Harmony points for a free night stay (one night per room for two guests).
Stay Award does not include breakfast.
You can stay in three room types depending on the points required.
