What is One Harmony?
One Harmony is a membership program with no registration fee or annual fee that can be used at Okura Hotels & Resorts,
Nikko Hotels International, and Hotel JAL City.
In addition to earning points every time you stay at a hotel, One Harmony also offers a wide range of membership benefits.

How to register for or make changes to Premium Selection
1.If you are a One Harmony member
- You can register for or make changes to Premium Selection on the “My Account” page on the One Harmony website. Please sign in and select Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay from the list of hotels offering Premium Selection Benefits.
2.If you are not a One Harmony member
- Please register for Premium Selection at the same time as One Harmony membership.
Notes
- 1. Available Premium Selection Benefits vary by hotel. Furthermore, you will only be entitled to Premium Selection Benefits at your selected hotel.
- 2. You can only select one Premium Selection hotel at which to receive your Premium Selection Benefits.
- 3. You may only change your Premium Selection hotel once per year, from April of each year to March of the following year.
- 4. Registration is free.
- 5. Stay benefits apply only to hotel stays reserved through Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center or official websites, or directly with a participating hotel.

Points are earned each time you enjoy the facilities or services of a participating hotel, restaurant. (Exclude tax and service charges.)
Stay
20 Points for every ¥1,000
Apply only to hotel stays reserved through Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center or official websites, or directly with a participating hotel.
Restaurant
10 Points for every ¥1,000
Wedding
10,000 points for wedding receptions (50 people or more)
If you can have a wedding reception with 50 or more people or refer a customer holding a reception to receive 10,000 points after the reception.
Expiration Policy
Your accumulated points are valid for up to 3 years and 1 month.
Points are valid from the time earned and expire 25 months after January 1 of the following year, at the end of January.

- In case of changes or cancellations up to two days prior to your stay, only points that are still valid will be refunded to your account. In case of changes or cancellations one day prior to your stay or later, you will be charged One Harmony points for the entire reservation as a cancellation fee. (points are non-refundable)
