Notice of Exterior Wall Construction Due to Legal Inspectione

Thank you for your continued patronage of The Okura Tokyo Bay. A legal inspection of the building's exterior walls will be conducted on the following dates.
We apologize for any inconvenience during the construction period and would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- [Construction Period] January 13th, 2026（Tuesday）to March 7th, 2026（Saturday）
- [Work Hours] Weekdays during this period: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- [Work Location] Exterior walls of some ocean-facing guest rooms (floors 4-9) and banquet halls
- [Work Details] Exterior wall inspection, repair, and painting due to legal inspection
- *During this period, scaffolding will be erected and protective sheets will be installed on floors 4-9 for inspection and repair of the ocean-facing exterior walls of the hotel. This may impair the view from guest rooms. Workers may also pass by outside windows during this period.
- *There will be some noise during work, but there will be no odor from paint, etc.
- *Please note that the work content and work date and time may change.
