Park tickets are available only to guests who have booked a plan with the right to purchase Tokyo Disney Resort park tickets.

At the "Hotel Service Counter" (1F) in the Tokyo Disney Resort® Welcome Center, located next to JR Maihama Station, we offer baggage delivery to the hotel and park ticket services for staying guests.

Check-in procedure
Guests arriving at the hotel after 18:00 will also receive their room key at the counter.
* Depending on circumstances, room keys may not be available even after 18:00.
Park ticket issuance
A Date-Designated park ticket is required for park entry. Guests who book a plan with ticket purchasing rights through the Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay official website may receive a one-day passport for either park during their stay, issued at the hotel or at the "Hotel Service Counter" in the Tokyo Disney Resort® Welcome Center.
Baggage Delivery Service

We will hold your baggage and deliver it free of charge to the hotel for staying guests.

Station Delivery Service
(Delivery from the hotel - fee required)
At checkout, we can hold your baggage and deliver it to the Pickup Counter on the first floor of the Tokyo Disney Resort® Welcome Center.
